Jacob’s Nature Park at Sinking Creek is a neighbor to a home for adults with intellectual disabilities, and located across the street from senior citizen apartments, and surrounded by homes with young families, and is 1/2 mile from Mountain View Elementary School, AND within a few blocks of the Tweetsie Trail.
It’s an investment in public health: water quality, childhood obesity, recreation for seniors and adults with intellectual disabilities – it’s an investment in economic development with the prosperous Tweetsie Trail.
